What is the adoption donation fee policy?

To ensure a safe and smooth process for both our families and puppies, we require:

  • 50% upfront adoption donation fee (to secure your puppy).

  • Remaining 50% due upon arrival of your puppy at the nearest airport to your address.

✨ For added convenience, we can also arrange safe home delivery directly to your doorstep.

Do I need to confirm payment before adoption is finalized?

How soon will my puppy be shipped after payment confirmation?

We process adoptions and schedule shipping within 24 hours or the next business day after your initial payment is confirmed.

How can I confirm my payment?

After making your payment, you can confirm by:

  • Sending a screenshot or receipt via email.

Can I track my puppy’s shipment?

Yes! Once your puppy is on their way, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery through the airline or carrier.

Are there any additional fees for shipping?

Domestic adoption deliveries within the USA are charged at a flat fee, But based on where you are located. There are no hidden fees.

Do you offer international adoptions?
